9 Questions you should ask to yourself: Getting the life you want
1. What do you really want?
Life can be a prison or a dream come true but it is determined by where we focus our thoughts and actions
Look within and find something that is bigger than you or your challenges
2. Should I really change?
Some say, “Why should I?” and the choice is entirely theirs to make, its their life and they are free to make it whatever they want, but if you always do what you have always done you will always get what you have always got!
3. What’s going to be the result of all this effort?
With all the will in the world and all the positive thinking, there are no guarantees that anybody is going to have the life they want or desire. There is one guarantee though “if you don’t take any time to progress life, it will not change! You have to be in it to win it!
4. Am I comfortable with what I’m doing?
Being comfortable although can be a beautiful feeling, can also, in excess be a curse. The world is constantly changing and we have to adapt to it or be overpowered by new developments. Imagine if a person only fixed tape player personal stereos and refused to learn any other trade.
5. Have I lived my life enough?
Have you, or is there something more you want to do? Discontentment in every aspect can be lead to pain, but in small amounts can boost moral and give powerful motivation, striving to achieve in a healthy manor.
6. Am I happy with my life today?
It’s so easy to give yourself a hard time trying to achieve unobtainable goals and feeling miserable because you “never did enough” Take time out and look at what you have achieved and also what you would like as a bonus.
7. Am I appealing to sexual partners??
There is one guarantee, nobody is appealing to everybody, it just doesn’t work like that. Be the best you can be and to make yourself feel comfortable in your own skin is the most attractive thing to a potential mate. Anybody more consumed with who they are than the person they speak to is a real turn off.
8. How much could I have?
How much could you have??? Imagination is your only limit here! There are many positive thinking self claimed gurus’ out there preaching these words but it is actually the truth, if you think you can’t have it, your right! Your choice
9. What motivates me?
A persons values are their driving force, what motivates one will not motivate another. Some love adventure, some like love and romance and yet others like solitude and creating their art, look within and ask what motivates you?
The answers anyone searches for in life are right there in front of them when they look in the mirror, however many times we are taught the answers are out there! The answers are closer than you think.
