One Powerful Way To Reach Your Goals

goals

In today’s society everybody sets goals and everybody wants to reach high levels of success, some will cram themselves into fitness clubs, go running, set up business or travel the world, but shockingly statistics say that only 10% of people who set goals ever reach the level they desire and even more shockingly only 5% of those people ever keep their results long enough to grow through them and achieve even higher gains.

So why do so many people try their best and never get what they desire?

To achieve any goal, it comes down to the “emotional level” which it is set at. If a goal is only set on a level which their mind can justify then there is no real “buying reason” because people do not buy “logical reasons” they buy “emotional reasons”

Let me introduce to you two characters who I use in my workshops

They are called Ester “Emotionally sold” (ES) and Lester, “Logically sold” (LS)

Regardless of what people may actually think they want the human brain has a specific drive in which it accesses in order to motivate a person into long term action to overcome obstacles, if the drive is not in place the motivation will start to weaken when the person faces challenges.

Lester is the king of logic and will look for all the reasons to do something from a “realistic” point of view, such as lose weight, get fit or make money and although these may seem like motivating reasons they are weak in comparison to the real and inner drive created by Ester.

Ester has access to the deep inner memory of what our survival instinct is, to find this we have to go within as it were and look at what we really want from this life rather than what we think we want. When I ask my clients this question they usually use words like love, power, respect, friends, freedom and happiness.

These are the emotions that the mind is trying to achieve by doing the action, in the instant of going to the fitness studio is it the person is trying to lose weight? Or feel more desirable by having an attractive shape? Is the person setting up a business to make money or is it to experience the feeling of freedom by having power over their money?

To become motivated on the path to any goal it is essential that we look within at the core desire of what we want, what is underneath emotionally rather than logically. This may take more effort in the initial stages but feel free to have a look at some of the testimonials on the website and see the result they have achieved.
