The effects of over sleeping
I have been doing a self test for 5 weeks now on the effects of over sleeping.
When i started i had a regular sleeping pattern, so on average i would go to bed at 11pm - midnight latest and wake up at or around 7am – 8am.
Being self employed in some cases requires more self discipline as there is nobody placing expectations on you if you are not required to get up for anything, most of my clients will start their day at about 10am.
This last week was the hardest of all as i had got into a habit of waking at 7am and going back to sleep which is the worst thing a person can do as it leaves you tired all day, or in a state of drowsiness that never ends.
Today i had to ask a friend to give me a phone call to break the cycle, which it did, true i feel half asleep but in a good way. So I’m just off down to the gym now to wake up properly.
I will post more tomorrow to let you know how it carries on and how i feel for the rest of today
